We strongly recommend that you order crystal samples to be sure of the custom color you are choosing. We also recommend that you order a single item first before ordering in multiple quantities.  

Returns will not be accepted after your wedding date. We also do not refund custom order fees, rush order fees, or shipping fees. To request a refund simply follow the steps below:

• email us at returns@serendipitytiaras.com and request a return authorization number and return address within 7 days of receipt
•  return shipment Serendipity Tiaras within 10 days of receipt
• ship the package back in the original packaging (including all boxes, tags, and organza bags)

Please note that without following these steps, we will not accept your return. We will not accept returns sent back to us in any type of envelope, even if it is padded.

In the event that an item has arrived in damaged condition, we will cheerfully replace the item at our expense. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will make arrangements to have the package sent back and new identical item sent out to you.
