continue to add items to your shopping bag. If you have any minor
changes to the design, such as using more of a particular color,
please note this in the comments box. Please verify that your
quantities and options are correct and if you would like to have
your order rushed, that you have selected that option. Complete your
order by entering in your shipping and payment information on our
secure server.

accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal and checks. You can submit your credit card
information on our secure online shopping cart. You may pay by check
by selecting the "pay by check" option. We will contact
you with the address to the send the payment to. Please note that
your order will not be processed until payment is received and the
check has cleared. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not

Shipping
Timeframe |

All
orders are made to your specifications so orders ship within 2-3
weeks. Shipping time must be added to this. If you need it sooner,
please read below about rush orders. Your items will ship via USPS Priority Mail
for standard shipping (approx.2- 3 business days) and Fedex for next day
shipping. Please note that whichever method you choose, your order
will ship via that method after the 2 week processing time, unless
rush shipping is selected. In this case, your order will ship within
5 business days via Fedex 2-day shipping. Please note that
custom cake toppers ship within 7 business days, not 5 business
days, if rush shipping is selected.

Orders |

We
ship internationally to Canada, UK, Ireland and Australia. There are two shipping choices. Customers may choose standard shipping, which is not insured or trackable, or International Priority shipping which is insured and trackable. We ARE NOT responsible for shipments sent via standard shipping that are lost or misplaced. We
ship via United States Postal Service. These shipments can take 6-10
business days. Typically Canada shipments take a few days longer. This time should be added in addition to our
processing time to fulfill your order, which is 2-3 weeks. Therefore
these orders usually arrive within 4-5 weeks or ordering. The customer
is responsible for all customs dues or taxes upon arrival of package. |

Custom
Orders
|

We
would be happy to work with you on a custom order. Custom orders are
orders that are completely your own that do not currently exist on
our website. Changing crystal and pearl colors is not considered a
custom order. Depending on the work, custom orders incur a $10-$35
