Shipping timeframe quotes are estimates. We are not responsible for packages that get held up in customs. Once the package leaves the United States, the package is out of our control. If First Class shipping is selected, we have no way of tracking the package. Please do not gamble on a less expensive shipping method if your wedding date is within a month of order placement.
*NOTE: The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We are required to indicate the contents and value of our international shipments on customs forms. Any import duties or VAT charges are separate from the shipping fee and are an additional cost, so please be aware of your country's importing laws. Typically, these fees are required upon receipt of the package.
Customers who abandon their international package will forfeit the original shipping cost, plus a 50% restocking fee per each item. This is charged because customs discards the package and it is not sent back to us.
Occasionally, items are on backorder. If you purchase an item that is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours after your order has been placed. You will receive an email with the expected new shipping date. At that point, you will have the option of canceling your order, waiting until the item comes back into stock, or selecting another style.
All orders must be cancelled on the same day of the initial purchase. Orders may not be canceled after they have shipped.
