Processing Timeframe

Processing timeframes vary by product and are quoted as an estimated range based on several factors, including quantity of items ordered, and additional time for custom items.

  • Non-Custom Items - 1-2 business days Processing Time
  • Custom Items - 5-8 business days Processing Time

Shipping Timeframe

For a general estimate, please use the following delivery calculation:
(Processing Time) + (Shipping Method Chosen) = Estimated Delivery Date
We offers the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: estimated 6-8 business days including processing - $6.95
  • Two Business Day Shipping: estimated 3-4 business days including processing - $23.95
  • Next Business Day Shipping: estimated 2-3 business days including processing - $34.95

You will receive a shipment notification email when each item in your order is shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times, in separate boxes. The estimated delivery date for each item is based on the estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose. Processing time refers to business days and does not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Merchandise Return Policy to determine if any special conditions apply. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. Items that cannot be returned include custom colors jewelry, veils and cake toppers.

To return an item please follow these easy steps:

Step 1

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 14 days from the date your order was shipped by filling out our online form. Please note: returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. RMA Numbers expire 14 days after the date they are created; the return will not be accepted if it is received after that time.

Step 2

Once the RMA is created, you will receive an automated RMA confirmation email. Your confirmation will include the RMA Number, as well as address where you should ship your return. For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Step 3

Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed. Please note, credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you return an item in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

For defective or damaged items, the issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, email our customer service at and attach a picture of the damage/defect.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Note that this includes product changes as well as payment, shipping address and shipping method.
