How
long will my order take to ship?
We are a specialty shop, so many items are created at the time of your order. Orders typcially ship out in 3-5 business days, and 7-10 business days for custom or engraved items, unless RUSH shipping was selected. In this case, your order will ship in 1-2 business days for non-custom orders. Rush custom jewelry orders ship within 5 business days. If you need a more precise ship date, please email us at info@serendipitytiaras.com for a ship quote. However, once you place your order, you can expect it to arrive within 7-15 business days.
My
wedding is soon, how can I be sure my jewelry will arrive in time?
If
your wedding is less than two weeks away, you may select
the "rush" shipping method. This will insure that your
accessories will arrive within 3-4 business days. There is an additional
charge ($33.95 total) for this service. When selecting a shipping method, simply
select "rush shipping" upon checkout. *Please note that custom cake toppers
will arrive within 10 business days when selecting the rush method.
I am not sure what color to order
my bridesmaid jewelry in. Do you have any suggestions?
The best way to ensure you order
the best color match is to look at all the custom
colors we have available, then review our color
guide. Then, order crystal and/or pearl samples. These
samples are 10 cents each and ship for free.
Do you offer quantity discounts for bridesmaid's jewelry?
Yes,
we offer a 10% discount on items ordered in quantities of 4-8, and a 15% discount in quantities of 9+. This discount will automatically be reflected in your shopping cart.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Simply use coupon code "FREESHIP" during checkout.
What is your return policy?
All items, except custom orders, may be returned for a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% and any shipping/RUSH fees. You must follow the guidelines for returns as stated on our return policy page. If you are returning your entire order and free shipping was used, a $5.00 shipment fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I order a few items to try on and return any items I do not wish to keep?
Yes, however, the returned items would be subject to the 20% re-stocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to just about everywhere. Canada orders ship for $19.95 via USPS Priority Mail or $34.95 for Express Mail International to Canada. UK and other countries ship for a flat fee of $29 via USPS Express Mail. International shipments can take 5-10 business days to arrive after the 7-10 day processing time. Your package is handed off to your country within 48 hours. After this point, it must go through customs. Please note that international shipments are typically subject to VAT taxes and duties. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these dues upon receipt of your package.
