Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes,
we offer a 10% discount on items ordered in quantities of 4-8, and a 15% discount in quantities of 9+. This discount will automatically be reflected in your shopping cart.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150. No coupon code is necessary and free shipping may be combined with other offers.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned. We do charge a 15% re-stocking fee for returns, unless an exchange is being made. Please see our return policy page for full details.
Can I order any items I do not wish to keep?
Yes, however, the returned items would be subject to the 15% re-stocking fee.
Can I exchange my order? Do exchanges have a re-stocking fee?
Yes, you may exchange your order. Exchanges do not incur a re-stocking fee. They simply incur a $5 re-shipment fee to cover the cost to ship your new items.
